Scenes from a few of our Golden Fold's Young Leaders at NSU's High School Science day. Our Young Leaders engaged in Robotics, Cryptography, and internet/video Gaming.

The Golden Fold Mentor Movement is a mentor-ship program serving young males and fathers. We serve 6th - 12th grade youth by providing Leadership and S.T.E.M. activities in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Golden Fold

Our Lamplight Concepts

Our Lamplight concepts are Sound Adulthood (Responsibility, leadership, and being morally based), Scholarship (Financial savvy, Political awareness, and being coachable), Endurance (being unwavering, becoming and remaining self motivated), and Uplift (increasing one’s physical, mental, and spiritual strength while improving one’s self, family, and community).

Our Lamplight icons are Dr. Ernest Everett Just – Omega Psi Phi (Sound Adulthood), Arturo Schomberg – Kappa Alpha Psi (Scholarship), Thurgood Marshall (Endurance), and Dr. Martin Luther King – Alpha Phi Alpha (Uplift). Our former icon, Dr. Cosby, has been respectfully replaced due to recent controversy.
